One reporting system, four ways to wear it

You chose #2 Report From the Row, #6 Full-Page Wizard, and #7 Error-Aware One-Click. Below are four variations of those three working together as a single system — same features in every one, different surfaces and feel. Each preview has all three entry points live: flag a row, open the wizard from the toolbar, and trigger the rigged failure on the Bad Bunny order.

Row reporting — simplified per your note

The ⚑ flag on each order row opens a report with the order pre-attached. No preset reason list — just “Incorrect distance” or “Other”, a free-text box, and screenshot drag & drop / upload / paste.

Report-a-problem wizard

The thorough path from the toolbar: category → details & screenshots → review. Catches everything that isn’t about one specific row.

Error-aware one-click

When a request fails, the error toast offers “Report this” with the error, console excerpt, order, and an auto-screenshot already attached. Zero typing.

What changed from round 1: the row report no longer offers a menu of prefilled reasons. Per your direction it is now just two optional chips — Incorrect distance and Other — plus a “What’s wrong?” textbox and a screenshot dropzone (drag & drop, click to upload, or paste).

The lightest touch. The row report is a small caret popover pinned to the row itself; the wizard takes the full page; failures get a focused modal.

B — Unified Side Sheet

One consistent slide-in sheet is the reporting surface: row flags open it pre-filled with the order, and “Report this” on a failure opens the same sheet pre-loaded with diagnostics. One surface to learn.

Nothing floats. The report expands directly beneath the row (two-column: reason + text on the left, screenshots on the right), error diagnostics expand the same way, and the wizard is one calm scrolling page — no steps.

The familiar pattern, done consistently: row report, wizard, and error diagnostics are all focused centered modals sharing one visual language. Updated per feedback: everything is explicitly labeled 🐞 “Report a bug” — clearly distinct from the order “Report Issue” workflow, which now appears alongside it on in-progress rows for contrast.
